Is there parking available?
We do have our own parking available for our tenants in an underground garage. Each unit receives 2 parking spaces in the garage.
Do you allow pets?
We allow pets in most cases. Inquire with a member of our team about your pet.
What utilities am I responsible for paying?
Our tenants are responsible for electric. Wheelers takes care of the rest.
What are your lease terms?
Wheelers offers lease terms ranging from 1 year to 5 years.
Do you allow smoking?
Smoking is not permitted in the units. There are balconies available with the units for outdoor smoking.
How much is the deposit?
Tenants are responsible for a deposit of the amount of 1 month’s rent.
Is there maintenance on site?
We do have maintenance on site. We ask our tenants to allow 24 hours for non-emergency maintenance requests to be addressed.
Is there a limit on the number of occupants?
There can be no more than 2 non-family members per unit.
