Smoking is allowed on individual balconies and the rooftop deck. Smoking is not permitted inside the loft units or in any indoor common areas.
A security deposit equal to one month’s rent and any applicable pet fee(s) are required at lease signing.
We do have maintenance on site. We ask our tenants to allow 24 hours for non-emergency maintenance requests to be addressed.
There can be no more than 2 non-family members per unit.
